One little Oppps. Gumbo gets it color from the rue not okra. Okra is not a root plant. Love it fried and a pod or two in a pot of white beans. Never been one to eat it just boiled ( To slimey for me to eat that way).

Anyway love the video. Make me homesick. Been away for way to long (10 years).
